Espindesa is attached to the Técnicas Reunidas Regulatory Compliance System and, in order to receive communications from employees or third parties, it uses the Técnicas Reunidas Internal Information System. The Internal Information System is the channel that Técnicas Reunidas has provided itself with, in compliance with the legislation on the protection of informants (whistleblowers) and the use of information/communication channels (Internal Reporting Channel), through which alleged infringements (active or passive behaviour) occurring in a work and/or professional context may be reported in good faith.

The aforementioned Internal Reporting Channel provides a safe and confidential place for our employees or third parties to report potential breaches or irregularities committed within the company or in its area of ​​action, or which may involve or have well-founded suspicions of infringements of the law and other internal or external regulations to which we are subject.

The reception and management of communications received through this Whistleblower Channel will be processed by the Committee Responsible for the Internal Information System as established in the Internal Information System Policy.
